Coding agents repeatedly rediscovered decisions the system had already made.

Without durable decision trees, later agents lost the reasoning, user choices, and implementation outcomes that shaped the codebase. That weakened continuity and made recursive work expensive to resume.

The harness treated decisions and outcomes as reusable system context.

TerraFlux combined recursive agent workflows with retained insights, decision provenance, and outcome history. RPIV supplied the operating rhythm while the memory model gave later work a traceable starting point.

What this case can—and cannot—prove.

Public evidence is classified so a private implementation, deployed system, measured result, and advisory artifact are never presented as equivalents.
